What to bring to tryouts:
1. Medical Release
Please bring a printed copy of the medical release to tryouts check in. We will have blank copies available to fill out at check in.
2. Birth Certificate
We need to see a copy of the player’s Birth Certificate at check in. A printed copy or picture of the Birth Certificate works.
