Volleyball can be FUN and competitive! Our coaches specialize in ages 5-13 who are new to the sport and are focused on creating a fun and encouraging environment that challenges and teaches the fundamentals of volleyball. Coaches do ongoing evaluations of athletes and recommend a next step as athletes are ready.

Volleyball takes time to learn. Breaking down fundamentals is critical to learning to play the game the correct way and build a solid foundation to play at a competitive level in the future.

Key fundamentals include: Movement, footwork, passing, setting, overhead serving, attacking, learning rotations, and how to compete.
